Using Hosted - have a problem with balance sheet -

Using Hosted - have a problem with balance sheet - Chart of Accounts on a fixed asset line is showing incorrect balance (which flows through to reporting) but when you double click and enter the fixed asset account the value is correct. This means that balance sheet reporting is incorrect when trying to reconcile - any suggestions appreciated before I call Reckon support

    Have you verified the file under the utilities menu?

    This has issue has now rectified itself (even after we logged out completed & restarted previously, it still had the same problem).  Now when I went back in from another company it seems to have got over its issues and I can now reconcile happily!

    Hi Narelle

    Could be something put in at open bal on the account.  Other than that would need a screen shot and more info.
