Reckon one. Was working fine and then it crashed with 404 - File or directory not found. Help!

The error message is followed with "The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"

Hi Anna, sorry to hear you are having an issue with Reckon One.

Can you please try clearing your cache for me (If you are using Google Chrome Ctrl + Shift + Delete should take care of this for you). 

Let me know how that goes, as it has sorted this issue for other customers in the past.
