keyboard commands disabled with reckon accounts hosted

I was entering a sales receipt through Reckon accounts hosted and think I've disabled the commands on my keyboard. Tab, shift, control, space bar, delete, backspace. I can type words and numbers but can't put in spaces or use any of the above keyboard commands. Have I disabled something somehow? Has never happened before and we've been using the system for years. Very grateful for any help.

    Thanks Linda. Yes, I did that yesterday a few times. Ended up logging onto another computer and it worked. Thought I'd swap keyboards today if it was still an issue, but have logged on now and all keyboard functions are working. Hoorah! So frustrating at the time - can't enter anything. Thanks for your reply Linda.
