The client application is not known or is not authorized

I've got an error when I tried to get code for authorize.

It's always get this error.

please tell me what I did miss or what I wrong.

    Hi Sarun. If trying to connect to Reckon Accounts Hosted you need to use the user ID (123456-1 format) not the username.
