As a BAS Agent, can I set up each business through by Reckon Portal to lodge STP on their behalf? I process payroll through my own Reckon software and to get the client to set up Gov Connect and then share it with me will be a nightmare..

You should be able to do this Santo - I do this for clients where I am processing their payroll each payday and lodging on their behalf through my portal login. We just need to make sure we have the appropriate authorisations in place to do so.
