Reckon hosted Payment summary shows one less SS pay week amount in HESC than correct Super HESC repo

Hi.  Has anyone found a fix or any other place to look to correct the following:  Last payroll has been run for 2019, during reconciling, I have run the payment summaries.  All detail matches except for one employee where the HESC is one payweek amount less, that actual.  I have reconciled the payroll summary report agains the Super HESC and SGA reports, and they are correct.  Only the Payment Summary is out.  Any suggestions?

Thank you Linda.  Fixed! I had tried a number of things, but not that Solution 2 from the knowledgebase, asI  thought I'd covered it in other reports.  Keeping this one handy for future.
