Creating Backup in Hosted

Hi, sorry for basic question, but how do I create a backup of my Hosted file?

    HI Debby.  Firstly you need to be working in single user mode.  Then go to File > Save Copy or backup > click on the button next to Backup copy> then go to the bottom and click on Next; the click on the button next to Local backup; then click on Options (below) and ensure that the backup is going to the B drive.  The click Finish.

    Use the file menu and backup. Make sure it's a portable backup.

    And then use the floating toolbar and the down arrow to download the backup file in the B drive to your computer
