Hello
Reckon Community!
I upgraded to 2019 two days ago and so my files will no longer work on 2018 (totally fine with this).
However, I have now just attempted 5 times to log into 2019 and it keeps sending me into 2018 and telling me I cannot access my data in this version.
Any ideas why?

does it send you to 2018 and then say you can't access 2018 version
or does it say you can't access 2019 version then takes you to 20180 -
check your desktop icons carefully - are you sure you are clicking the 2019 one? also make sure 2018 is closed first...0

You have said it is Hosted there are no desktop icons if it is hosted, unless you chose hosted in error.

Hello all - I clicked on Accounts Hosted 2019 and then it kept sending me into 2018. I finally worked out that I had to do select 'file' then 'exit' to log out properly. Once I did that, when I logged back in it took me through to 2019. Before anyone berates me, my accountant updated my files to 2019... so my hands are clean. Looks like it is a bug when updating if you don't select 'exit'
