Last Pay run for the FY in STP still showing as Pending from a week ago! and I have to do pays tomor

Last week on 26.06 I submitted our final pay run for the year  (Reckon 2019 R1) and it is still sitting in GovConnect as Pending!  I have gone into the Detail pressed Ctrl F5 every day since to see if that helps.  I have pays to do tomorrow for the new financial year.  How do I get it to update so I can finalise the year as per the instructions here  https://help.reckon.com/reckon-accounts/payroll/single-touch-payroll/finalise-year.

We have now updated to Accounts Desktop 2019R2 as per the instructions.

    Hi Jocelyn, 
    My final event states STP is pending in the reckon govconnect, but when I was in business portal for STP the ATO have included it in the list of submissions.  So it has been acknowledged.

    As we couldn't get into the Business Portal, I just ended up doing the 'Finalise Year' submission to STP and it was successful, and our employees are now showing as tax ready in mygov.
