incorrect PAYG on wages

PAYG in Reckon Accounts hosted is calculating too high.  Where have I gone wrong?  Have checked everything I can think of.  Example fotrnightly wage of $4200, reckon tax $1314, ATO calculator $1160 its over by $154

    Hi Di,

    Looks like your Superannuation Item is set to be included in PAYG calculations.

    Go to Lists > Payroll Items > Double click the Super Item to open the Edit Payroll Item wizard, click Next four times to get to the Taxes window and Untick PAYG. Go through the rest of the wizard and click Finish to save changes.

    When you process the pay now, the correct PAYG amount will be calculated.

    Does that employee use the other Superannuation Item that you've got set up (SBCH)?, if so, you'd need to edit that one.

    All fixed, whoever setup this file, had 2 Super items, and one had the tick next to it, so now all is fixed.  thank you
