Can I "Finalise" the payroll year twice? For different employees each time?

I have director/employees who are not ready to finalise thru STP until the Accountant decides what their wages should be adjusted to. Can I perform Finalise year 2018/2019 and just select all other employees, then come back at a later date and run Finalise Year 2018/2019 again, for the director employees?

    I believe this is the case Leshelle - I would check with your accountant first?
