ATO Error when trying to lodge STP

I have Reckon Accounts 2019 Premier Edition (Desktop)
I have just started this financial year with STP and when submitting my first payroll, I have an error message from the ATO.

I submitted a normal pay event, and got this message

Exact message is:

The element ÁddressDetailsPostal' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt' has invalid child element ÇountryC' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt'. List of possible elements expected: Line 1T' in namespace 'http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt'. Hint: while processing parent element [addressdetailspostal] child mandatory element [Line1T] was expected but not found

I have no idea what this means! Can you please help??
