STP set up

HI I have a couple of businesses set up in my Hosted account and I've logged into the new version but one of them there is no option to enable STP in preferences.

    Hi Kylie.  If you are using Hosted 2019 R2, the option is automatically enabled as STP is now mandatory for everybody.

    yes I am
    I have 2 businesses under the one account and its coming up on one but not the other.

    Hi Kylie

    If you have 2 hosted files and one is coming up with the STP preference then I suggest that one is not upgraded to R2 as John asked.  Do you go in through the 2019 button for both?
