Superannuation account now has deleted transactions after upgrade to Reckon Accounts Plus 2019

I reconciled the Superannuation payable account each month.  As I do the book work each three months, I reconcile as I go along entering accounts.  On entering reconciliation for March's Superannuation payment I now have 5 extra transactions in the list varying dates from 7.8.13 to 26.9.18.  In the Previous Reconciliation Discrepancy Report I now have a beginning balance of -295.05 when it should be 0.00.  I believe on updating to 2019 there must have been some glitch or something (!).  How do I rectify transactions that appear deleted in the discrepancy report and therefore would not need reconciling and remove the new transactions saying I owe super.  All checks have been done and this amount has been paid and should not be there at all.

P.S.  All transactions were entered on 18.6.19 from 14:27:07 to 14:37:29.  Not a day I actually worked on this particular company.

5 hours later!  This has occurred also with one of the Bank Accounts.  This is not something I have done.  Reckon step forth and account for these errors please!
