unable to set up internet access

it says to go to help and select internet access however I don't have that option

(Interestingly, I’ve never even noticed that under the Help menu before! I’ve never used it so I think that may be an old instruction for connecting to the internet, possibly from the dial-up internet days ...?)
To enable automatic bank feeds via your online banking, there are a few settings/preferences required along with an application form that needs to be completed to authorise access to your bank data.
If you type “bank data” into the Reckon Accounts Help search box (either from the Help dropdown menu or in the “Type a help question” box with the “Ask” button next to it at the upper RHS of most of your RA windows), you will see links to detailed info on this, specifically under “About Reckon BankData”
