    You're in trouble. Can you register it online? I did this just now for another client

    Helen,   

    Using your 7 digit customer ID and associated PIN number (found on paperwork/invoices when first contracted to Reckon), 

    login into your members area,  as per this article:

    It is likely at this:
    http://members.reckon.com/Login.aspx

    And then you can go to the menu that lets you fetch an IKC  (Installation Key Code)

    From there you can try an online activation/registration if the product is recent vintage, otherwise you may need to ring thru to Sydney RECKON to activate over the phone during business hours.
