Payslips are password protected - where is this set up? I can't open them.

I've just started a new file with Reckon One and sent the payslips out...problem is the pdf is password protected and I have no idea what the password's are or how to remove them.
Any ideas on this?

Go to the little cog in the top right hand corner, click settings, payroll settings, general. Untick that setting

I'm having the same problem, followed your instructions to find the password protection for emailing payslips wasn't ticked .  But im still unable to open the emailed payslip.
