Error 7112 & 7136 when registering on new install Personal Plus 2019

Hi,

I've just built a new Windows 10 PC, paid for Personal Plus 2019 Update and installed from download link. I've restarted the PC after install. 

I've entered the install key the try to activate.

At this point I get a "Reckon Accounts has encountered a problem and needs to close". I've tried with end point security on and off. And I get two errors - 7112 and 7136.

I uploaded an error report with ref 252231029.

I searched through help & communities and didn't find anything similar.

Office 2016 and Kaspersky are only other things installed.

I'm Australian and recently moved to Singapore and using local internet service. I don't use VPNs etc.

Can anyone provide some suggestions?

    I've been travelling for work, come back today and tried and it works fine...

    May be a delay in the install key allocation?
