I keep getting a flagged notice to renew my account but when I try to follow through it won't let me. I haven't so far received a renewal invoice. I can't seem to contact the company directly by email. This is not a new experience - customer service is poor.
Ray. Renewal invoices are emailed to your registered email address. Have you rung the support number 1800 732 566 and spoken to them? That is the quickest and easiest way to resolve this.
