STP going back to initial Getting Started Page

I successfully uploaded my July STP yet when I came to upload the August STP it takes me back to the initial start up page.

    Hi Nick, my guess would be that you have registered for the portal twice?    can you recall any other login details you may have used or other browsers?  try going to portal.reckon.com and see if anything login details come up that are different to what you used here and you might find your previous setup?  otherwise you can contact tech support - give them your ABN and they will tell you what username it was setup under?
