Depends on the level of corruption - but it should be able to be opened in a later version? - look for an Accredited Partner who may be able to assist you?

Hi Santosh
If the file is corrupted you could also look at getting a quote from Data Recovery at Reckon to try and revive your file for use.

Are there no other ways to recover my file. I got a quotation from them and it is surprisingly high just for recovering a file.

Hi Santosh
That is really my only suggestion and do not believe another way if corrupted.

Thanks for your help Graham

Hi Santosh - so does the file open at all? If it does, happy to have a quick look? linda@abcomputing.com.au
Santosh Sahu
No, the file does not open.

ok - thats no good - and I take it you dont have any backups to go back to? Have you tried right clicking on the file whereever it is on your computer and seeing if you can possibly restore a previous version?

Hi Santosh,
If you do not wish to proceed with a data file repair, you can restore the last known good backup file.
