conversion desktop to Reckon One

I have Reckon Accounts 2014 and am converting to Reckon One. I am trying to save my file 'Chart of Accounts' by exporting, then lists to llf files. The problem I have is I can't save this to a file on my computer, nothing happens after I press save. Is their a special program to enable creating llf files?

Hi Jason,

Reckon Accounts is what creates the IIF export file.

You need to give the file a name such as "COA.IIF" instead of leaving it as "*.IIF"
