Reckon One... Not hosted: Accrued Leave and Leave accrual .. simple .. but I'm struggling...

Hi... I'm struggling with leave. I can't find where to put in accrued balances and where I think it should allow me to add it, the field is locked and I can't type anything in. Then also leave isn't accruing for the permanent employees. I'v e checked everywhere to make sure the start date is in etc and permanent employment selected etc, but still can't get it to accrue leave on ordinary time earnings. Sorry... old brain.
