DATA RECOVERY: What are my Reckon Accounts personal range (Desktop) file types and what do I send in

Your Reckon Accounts personal range (Desktop) data file set would be comprised of multiple files with the same name with different file extensions.

<Filename>.<file extension>

Example:

The files you need to send us are the one with the following file extensions

Example file names:

QDATA.QDF – this is the main component

– it may also appear with the name "My Company File" not displaying the QBW file extension

QDATA.QSD – these are supplementary files

QDATA.QEL – these are supplementary files

QDATA.QPH – these are supplementary files

QDATA.RKN – this is a compressed backup set

 Backup file sets you should consider sending to us if available

– these backup file sets can be found on your computer locally, on a remote network attached storage/server computer or on an external storage device.

Example:

QDATA.RKN – this is a compressed backup set

QDATA2.QDF – this is the main component

QDATA2.QSD – these are supplementary files

QDATA2.QEL – these are supplementary files

QDATA2.QPH – these are supplementary files

You will need to send us all of the files that make up the data file set.
