Customise Invoice Templates

Is there a procedure or document to follow in relation to customising invoice templates? We are an accountancy firm and know how to do this, but wanted to provide some information to one of our clients on how to do this?

    Dear Joanne,
    You can modify and edit invoice templates by going into Lists > Templates, then select Right-Click > New > Tax Invoice.
    This will allow you to create and modify your own template to your needs.

    If there isn't one there then use the help inside hosted, either index 'invoices' or search 'customise invoice'.

    If you lose this link, every time you log into Hosted whilst at the Launch/control panel page in the top RH corner you will see   "how to videos'
