Hi everyone,

I am processing payroll for a client but do not have the super fund information for all the employees.

Is there any way possible that I can add a general super fund information to process the payroll?

The law is pretty clear. If you don't have a super choice form from your employee (which they should have been given) then you must pay the super to the default industry fund. It's in all of the modern awards. Thanks for your question Kevin +61407744914

    Hi Kevin

Thank you for your reply. The super is paid into their respective super fund accounts by my client.

However, I need to process their pay run today & I don't have their fund's information to report it in STP.

Is there any way I can report super without their actual fund information/ ABN?

    Thank you in advance.

    Nikita

You need the super fund information the member number and the USI. Why don't you have the access to the clearing house to get this?

I had this question too in the case of someone who had not provided me with their details, but will. The super is not paid through Reckon One, but will be paid on time. I wanted to be able to process the pays with super details incomplete and fix them later when information is received

The onboarding process for the new staff should include adding the super detail. You could try leaving it blank. How can it be that staff are unaware of their own superannuation accounts? That seems bizarre.
