My international shares have stopped updating - last time it completed correctly was 13/11/19. I'm using Personal Plus 2020. Is this a known problem and when can we expect it to be fixed?

Hi Eric
This is a "known problem", in as much as half a dozen people, including myself have raised the issue since the 13th.
At this stage, there has been absolutely no response from Reckon - the silence has been deafening.
So while it is a "known problem", there has been no recognition of the problem, identification of the cause, detailing of the pathway to remediation and an approximate timetable to recovery.
No doubt that will come in "due course", whatever that means.

Interesting. I'm also affected by this problem. I did however see that they have indeed acknowledged it as a known issue and recognised it as such on a different thread somewhere here.0
