Billable Time and Cost Report

Is there a report I can run that shows both the billable hours and the corresponding billable rate to show a total of how much the customer owes for time before we invoice them? I can only find reports that show the number of hours each employee worked per job but not the billable rates attached to their employee cards. 

I can see that it's working in the background when I go to create a customer invoice and click "add time/costs", however I can't see where to pull up a report that shows these amounts together? All the billable reports I run only show the hours billed by employees or bills received for the corresponding jobs.

Can anyone help me out?

There are workarounds  using export to excel , if you do not get any good resolution , Cosmic has report tools that will show this info , however, we will need more info .
