reckon Accounts Hosted not connecting?

Reckon Hosted not connecting. After entering password and hitting Enter I get the red dots of death and "Please wait a moment" for about 20 seconds. Then they disappear - but it doesn't log in

    I just tried again in Chrome and i got in - maybe try again?
    But agree, there should be a Reckon person checking/responding to these urgent things!

    I am getting the same thing although my reply is reading "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached".  Really can not afford this down time at this time of the year!  Kaos!!!! Very disappointed!

    yep same and im using chrome. Allocated this morning to BW and now i cant do it ! arghh

    Yes I'm having the same trouble real frustrating and I need to get work done this week end as it is urgent.  Does anyone know how to reach Reckon.

    I have contacted a Reckon person here in NZ and they have escalated it to Syd tech team - apparently a notice is going to be made as to what is going on.... hopefully it will be fixed asap rather than just a message!

     "Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement. This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=5; handshake=15000;

    Very Frustrating.....

    They have posted on FB saying issue has now been resolved and you should be able to get in.... maybe try again if you haven't already?
