Error6123, after windows update. Unstalled reckon and now trying to reinstall

Error6123, after windows update. Uninstalled reckon and now trying to reinstall but having issues with the window installer window coming up once the installation starts and wont go any further. Has anyone had this issue?  I've tried the printer spooler on and off, windows Firewall and antivirus turned off plus bitdefender turned off and still no luck.

    Thanks for the answers.  I have already uninstalled my Reckon like tech help suggested last time i was on the phone with them.  But will try this next time if i have the same error.
