How can I return to the reckon Portal.

I am using Reckon Hosted, during processing Single Touch payroll,
I was at the stage where I was ready to "Submit" the STP file when I hit the cursor on the Reckon Payroll screen. This brought the Payroll screen to the front and the Reckon Portal screen disappeared.

How can I get back to the Portal Screen, or do I have to start the STP process from scratch?

Hi Michael,

When you press 'lodge' in Reckon Hosted, then press Alt+PgUp or Alt+PgDn keys to bring portal screen to front page.

Thanks Somi,
When I press 'Lodge', it tells me I haven't selected any employees.
If I select the employees and press 'Lodge', it wants to save the STP.json file .

The STP.json file I had originally created is still there.

Hi Michael,

when you press Lodge, system will ask you to save it. You should give it a name and save. Then the screen should appear. If you are going to use one of the old saved files, you can select it when system is asking you to save file. Then you will get a message do "Do you wish to replace the existing file?" Answer yes. It will be overwritten and then the portal screen appears.

That took me back to the portal, and my file was still there waiting to be submitted.

Is that the only way to get to the portal?

You can go to portal.reckon.com and log in there

Hi Micheal,

You can download the file and open portal by going to https://portal.reckon.com , upload and submit file again. 
For the next file, you should be able to do same as before.
