I’d recommend getting a local AP in your area to come out to you onsite for this as it depends on multiple things such as how you’re tracking it (eg by asset account only or via the Asset List), how you are tracking/treating “Cash” expenditure, whether the vehicle is owned by the business or privately, whether any stamp duty &/or other costs were included, any GST implication etc etc
