STP still says pending

This is happening to me too. I have uploaded my first STP from Reckon Hosted (6 April 2020), I have received a notification from ATO saying "Welcome to STP - the ATO has received your first STP report' BUT my first submission came back as error, so I submitted it a day later. I still have 1 x 'Error' and 1 x 'Pending' showing, even when I click into 'Details' as mentioned as a fix previously.... it doesn't change to Success...(9 April 2020)

Any ideas??

The first error said:

ATO sent the poll response but the service failed to deserialize it.

and I found out I just had to re-submit the STP file, so I did.
Since then, the second file just says pending, yet I received acknowledgement from ATO saying they received my first STP file!?

If you’ve only just resubmitted it you may have to wait a day or two for it to go through. I had it once and it never got fixed. If all settings are ok it should be included in the next submission. From past experience I wouldn’t waste too much time on it and wait until you submit the next one

Sweet! Yes it has been a number of days since I resubmitted & since I got ATO confirmation I will just wait until next one
