I think that is the problem I don't use outlook I am just using Telstra webmail. I have set up my husbands hotmail account and that seems to be working.

Had a similar problem emailing invoices from Reckon to Outlook. Rang Kevin and he fixed it in the twinkling of an eye. Great job mate
