YTD payslip and Payroll summary mis-match??

I am using Reckon Accounts Hosted online (2019 R2). This is a new problem (as of yesterday).
Hi Ravi. I've added the Jobkeeper stuff (yesterday) as the Reckon online seminar suggested and this seems fine. However, I've noticed that for some reason my employee 'payslip' YTD super and pay figures only match the actual payslip figure and not the real figure that still appears (correctly) in the payroll summary. What should I do? I don't want to lodge into the ATO portal if the figures are wrong and I need to lodge it for Jobkeeper etc?? regards, jono

We had the same problem a few weeks ago. We ran a rebuild of our data and that fixed the YTD figures. It does a while to run.0
