No support forthcoming for Reckon Hosted

Hi Rav, went to do a backup last Friday 26th June and it come up with error. Followed on screen instruction on what to do and still came up with error. Got onto support and i got a case # 5934807. Did not hear anything back from technician.Situation still not resolved on Monday i called again and quoted the case number. They got me to do same thing over again and then it come up with a "Catastrophic fail" all of these screen shots were sent to the various technicians that i have spoken to. Still no reply, so i called again on Tuesday and got another Tech and they got me to send everything again..... Today is 1 day shy of a full week going past and still not further advanced. Are you able to assist me?
