Why can't I export my Employee File over to my new company file

I am trying to export my files over to my new company file and I can export everything I need apart from my Employee file. It gets to 73% then I get a code error 13656 65589 and it shuts the whole thing down.  I have tried to do this several times but I am having no luck.  Please help me :(

    Becc I suspect one of the employee cards is corrupt or possibly one of the pay items. I would modify the iif file and import the employee records individually. Or simply reenter the data.

    Thank you for your reply. How do I modify the iif File as this is the first time I have ever used it?

    Becc, glad we got that sorted. Let's try that with the Hosted file online today.
