2020 upgrade failing

Upgrading from 2019 to 2020 I just cannot past the final screen, I have turned of Print Spooler as suggested and still not luck.  I have Reckon Accounts Plus 2019 and need to get 2020 onto my Laptop.  Appreciate any advice.

    Kevin you are amazing, thank you, thank you so much for getting all that work done, and also for the heads up on things I had not done correctly.
    I appeciate your time on a Sunday to get my computer Reckon 2020 installed, and operational.
    It is so nice to have that behind me so I can now get back to work.
