Terminating an Employee and reinstating them casual

Can someone please advise on the correct process in Reckon Hosted for terminating a full time employee who wants to be paid out their annual leave entitlements and entering them as a casual ?immediately after final pay.

Well there's no "process" really. Alls you need to do is pay out their leave balance. . After that you can reinstatethe person and alter the pay rates as appropriate remembering to clear out the leave accruals.
