Unable to lodge and upload my "finalised" file for the 19/20 year in Reckon GovConnect

I use Reckon Hosted and I have been unable to lodge and upload my "finalised" file for the 19/20 year.  STP file successfully writes but when I open Reckon GovConnect, I select "Upload" & "Update a previously completed ATO submission or Finalise Year", I choose the file to upload, select Confirm and nothing happens.  Any suggestions on why it is doing this?

    When you go to the STP Lodgements did you select Finalise Year from the Pay Event menu (top left-hand side of the page)?

    I did my lodgement last week and it took me a couple of goes before it seemed to work. I assume it worked because my employees tell me they have reports in their MyGov accounts.

    Thanks Lance for your reply.  Yes, I did select Finalise year from the Pay Event menu.

    I decided to upgrade my file to the 2020 R2 version and see if it made a difference and i have now been successful.
