No attachments on emails - Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Invoices are not attached to all emails being sent out of Reckon Accounts Hosted. Have check there is no full stops in the company name. Is there any other reason why this might be happening? No error appear when sending the emails.

Currently we BBC ourselves on all invoice emails. The emails we receive from Reckon don't have the attachments. This only happens when we bulk send invoices.

Hi Kevin, yes Megan meant BCC. any idea yet on why this may be happening?

Hi Kevin, additionally to my above response, these are the stats on when attachments are not included when we send out Bulk invoices - there is no pattern that i can see:

03/08/2020 – 351 Invoices Sent – 22 without attachments

16/07/2020 - 321 Invoices Sent – 22 without attachments

01/07/2020 – 332 Invoices Sent - 5 without attachments

16/06/2020 – 320 Invoices Sent – all had attachments

01/06/2020 – 310 Invoices Sent – all had attachments

16/05/2020 – 305 Invoices Sent – all had attachments

02/05/2020 – 280 Invoices Sent - 8 without attachments
