Employee terminated still shows active

I have 2 employees which were terminated 30/06/20 and 07/07/20. When I bring up the Employee Centre they show up as active yet when I click into their file they show up as terminated on 30/06/02 and 07/07/20 respectively.
I have gone in to claim the last Jobkeeeper payments for them and the employee terminated 30/06/20 shows up as eligible for both Jobkeeper fortnights which is incorrect.
Any clues would be appreciated.

When you terminated the employees did you also make them inactive?1

Seriously, there are some days one should just not get out of bed, everything touched today is a tuds up!!
