 I did not back up my 2019 and move to 2020 by 4pm what can I do

    When you next open Hosted you will have no option but to upgrade your files to 2020.   The first part of the upgrade process is a back up of the existing file.

    Open 2020 and you will be prompted to do the back up

    it tells me that the username and password  used to login are not for the data file adminsitrator, please login as the reckona ccounts data file administrator in order to update.      we have no other passwords?
