I have not upgraded Reckon Accounts 2019 prior to 7th August 2020. How do I now access my accounts ?

    Open Hosted 2020.  You will still be able to see your old files.   Select the file concerned and the system will force you to do an upgrade (including a back up of the existing file) before it opens the file for you.

    Thank you for your reply.  However when I do this the system requests Reckon Accounts data file administrator login details. Is there a way around this ? If not how do you reset these details ?

    Only people with Administrator status are able to perform upgrades. Similarly they are the most not people who can change Administrators
