Share Price Updates, Reckon Personal 2020, August, 2020

I have just updated to Reckon Personal 2020 and share prices for my USA shares have been wiped out and i am unable to download historical prices (which i could do with 2019; it would update from US market in $US). When i update now, any USA shares register as $0 value. Also nearly all my historical ASX prices are wiped out. This is also for some other shares that are not on the ASX, where I entered prices manually. All my historical ASX prices are gone, bar since Aug 6. Any ideas?

Hi Reckon,
US share prices are used by a lot of your users.
They stopped downloading again! on 31 July 2020.
Can you please find another 3rd part supplier and restore this important service.
This is a key reason for my ongoing use of Reckon Home and Business.

Thanks, defeats the purpose of using Reckon, unnecessary stuffing around.....maintaining the portfolio in yet another place and manual intervention.

Thanks Diver Dave. From what I understand, I still need to enter all trades in Yahoo and Reckon, and just import the share prices daily or every few days. I pay a significant annual fee to Reckon for updates and data services, and they are not keeping their end of the deal, not impressed!

Adding another update service to download US share prices should not be very hard. It will benefit many users.

It should be part of maintenance of the product to keep the features and service that already exist in place.

As others have mentioned it should be covered by our annual maintenance.

Please do the work necessary to keep this feature available.
