Betashares QAU gold ETF price not updating

Three days ago I purchased BetaShares QAU gold ETF. Reckon does not recognise the code and prices won't update. Any suggestions?

Problem has disappeared. When I did my share price update this morning, the prices for QAU are now there. Whether there was a fix as a result of my orginal post, I don't know. Regardless of the why, it now works.
