Invoice showing as paid but the payment has not yet been allocated to it

Click on the payment and see if it has been applied to the invoice, I’m sorry I’m not familiar with this version, but that would be the first step in Reckon Hosted0

Hi, There is no payment attached. The invoice did have payments attached which were double payments, so I got rid of the payments to attempt to fix that problem. But the invoice is now still there but showing as paid.0
