Error when emailing invoices with outlook

I have recently started using outlook instead of eM client to email invoices from Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2016 as I was having errors with eM client. Since using outlook to email invoices, I am still having errors, a different error though to eM client. The error I am getting is:

This action cannot be completed because the "Tax Invoice from ....... - message (Plain Text)" program is not responding. Choose "Switch To" or "Retry". The only two options to choose is "Switch To" or "Retry". Is this a Reckon issue or IT issue? Thanks,
