I keep receiving the above error, this is not an online file what is the issue?

In this case, an error -6129, 101 is usually due to a problem with the connection between Reckon Accounts and the company file location.
To resolve this:
1) Open up a different company file.
2) Go to File -> Utilities -> Stop Hosting Multi-User Access (or Host Multi-User Access if that is the option).
3) Try to open the company file.
This should generally resolve the issue. If it does not, you may need to open Task Manager and Stop the QBDataServiceUser in the Services/Details area.
