I accidentally selected one of our employees for Jobkeeper when they are not eligible. How do I remove this?
Can you clarify further?
When you say "selected", do you just mean the setup in RAH or do you mean nominated with the ATO & have received JK reimbursement for them?
I nominated in RAH, which would mean it was notified to the ATO.
We have not yet received reimbursement.
Ring the ATO, they are very good at fixing errors, but you will need to be a registered contact
So you just mean you added the FN number Allowance label? If so, remove the FN number Allowance in RAH, then submit an STP "Update Event" for this employee
